Remote Deposit Capture

How to make a remote deposit capture

  1. Make sure you’re signed up for Online Banking and have our mobile app on your phone.  
  2. Log into our app 
  3. Click on the camera icon that says “deposit” at the bottom of the screen. Your mobile phone must have a camera to use Remote Deposit. 
  4. Make sure check is properly endorsed 
    • Add your signature (You agree to have ALL payees sign the back of the check).
    • Write For Mobile Deposit at Kohler Credit Union Only, Account # ______ 
  5. Take a picture of both the front and back of the check 

Retain a copy of your original check for 15 days while the item is being processed. You can always check the status of your deposit by viewing your accounts in the mobile app.  

If your deposit is successfully submitted, it may take time to process and could be subject to a 10 business-day hold if there are no matching funds available in your account. If your deposit is rejected, we will notify you and provide the reason for the rejection.  

Deposit Limitations- The maximum deposit limit in a single day for mobile deposits is $3,500.
